The XYZ Company will choose the training and Development course’s subject matter and design. By letting their supervisors know about any training needs they may have, employees are encouraged to actively participate in their own professional and personal development.

The XYZ Company is committed to ensuring that all employees obtain the proper education and training since it recognises that its human assets are its most important resource:

– To make it possible for them to perform the duties of their current jobs.

– To support personal growth and the acquisition of higher education

All available possibilities for professional development are encouraged to be seized by staff members.

– The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

a) Implementation of this policy.

b) Co-ordinating all training and learning activities throughout the organization.

Every departmental Manager is responsible for the training and development of his/her staff.

b) XYZ Company sponsored external training programmes

c) External institution courses for tertiary education for employees

XYZ Company SPONSORED IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROGRAMMES

XYZ Company shall from time to time organize programmes for training of employees.

There is no need for contracts between XYZ Company and the employees because XYZ Company will cover the costs of such initiatives. To suggest acceptable programmes to be included in the overall training and education curriculum, managers can speak with the Skills Development Facilitator.

XYZ Company SPONSORED EXTERNAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES

XYZ Company shall from time to time organize programmes for training of employees by external educational institutions/consultants.

These institutions/consultants will be selected at the XYZ Company’s sole discretion after a fair evaluation of their qualifications, suitability, and programme costs. Such initiatives ought to be available to all departments, employees, or the entire XYZ Company, as necessary.

There are no contracts necessary between XYZ Company and the students because the costs of the programmes will be covered by XYZ Company. Managers may speak with the skills development facilitator to recommend suitable modules that should be added to the overall training and education curriculum.
