What Manager – HR Will Do:

HR Manager is under the supervision of the HR Head and to perform a wide variety of professional human resource services which may include recruitment/selection, performance reviews, compensation plans, Training & Development of employees, Employee Engagement activities, HRIS etc.

  • Support the HR-Head through the development and implementation of best practices in Human Resources Management.
  • Provide professional support to cross functional Managers in relation to Human Resource issues.
  • Developing and implementing the HR Strategic Plan’s pillar on HR Engagement and Communications is under your control.
  • Support HR Head to design and implement a resource planning approach, including succession planning that delivers the HR capability necessary for the company to achieve its goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and establish strategies to hire outstanding personnel for the organization.
  • Responsible for the Performance reviews processes at all levels
  • Responsible for setting up and managing a training and development program which takes forward our aim to foster a culture of learning with a strong team working ethic and high levels of employee engagement.
  • In charge of counseling and advising those who are affected on how to apply the problem-solving process, which entails a methodical approach to comprehending, approaching, and resolving employee-supervisor issues.

Who we are looking for :

  • Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Years of experience: Minimum of 7 years proven experience in Human Resources, ideally gained across a variety of organizations.
  • Experience in Management Information System in Human Resource (HRMS).
  • Extensive experience in the HR domain at management level particularly in the Private Limited Company.
  • Familiarity with the application of labour law in the workplace.
  • Experience in managing HR projects e.g., implementation of performance management system and managing employee surveys etc.

Functional Skills:

The role of the Human Resources Manager includes:

  • Together with the HR Head, recruitment and selection review and put into practise best practices to meet the organization’s present and future staffing needs.
  • Create effective employee relations procedures to assist the manager’s HR role, and keep your channels of communication open with union and staff representatives.
  • Support Performance Management development for all employees and identify the requirements needed to ensure the organization can deliver a high-quality service to staff, patients and residents.
  • Examine the SOPs for the efficient and successful management of the human resources department in collaboration with the HR head.
  • Monitor and manage good Communication protocols for dealing with Managers and Staff to ensure the information delivered is relevant, appropriate and timely, and ensure they are in line with XYZ Company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in organizational working groups and committees as needed.
  • Represent XYZ Company India Pvt. Ltd at meetings if required with external agencies/bodies/groups that are necessary for the proper discharge of the post.
  • To implement a strategic approach to workforce planning and resource planning
  • Manage and implement projects related to his/her areas of skills and expertise.
  • To develop and implement Key Performance Indicators based on best international benchmarks for HR operations in exemplary ways.
  • Act as lead manager for HR initiatives, preparing plans with appropriate realistic deadlines.
  • Advise managers on responses to any employee relations issues including grievance and disciplinary issues if necessary. Liaise with external professionals as required.
  • Mediator, counselor, and coach in arbitrating disputes between employees and their supervisors and managers.
  • The post holder is responsible for their continuous professional and personal self-development.
